I am a male Lhasa Apso/Terrier mix. I weigh 14 lbs. I was living in a hoarding situation and my owner released me to Oregon Dog Rescue. I am a little shy at first but once you show me some attention, I will love you forever! I need a quiet home where I can develop more social skills and confidence. My adoption fee is $275.
